Meet Thomas Heatherwick´s learning hub in Singapore

Being represented in one of the most amazing tradeshows in the world, the worldwide known Maison et Objet Asia in Singapore, March 10-13, Boca do Lobo will present you in the next few days some iconic and truly representative elements from this Asian Metropolis.

We will start with one the most spectacular buildings in the city: the ” learning hub” at Nanyang Techological University (NTU). Having opened its doors two and a half years ago, this architectural marvel was designed and executed by lead architect CPG consultants.

The building forms part of the school´s campus redevelopment plan. Instead of the traditional educational building, connected with corridors linking box-like lecture rooms, the university asked for a design better suited to contemporary methods of learning.
