Versace has announced the opening of the new Palazzo Versace Dubai, the second in the world after Australia. The luxury hotel is located in the new Cultural Village of the city and is located directly on the coast of Dubai Creek.
Reminiscent of a 16th century Italian Palace, Palazzo Versace Dubai is a Neoclassical masterpiece with subtle traces of Arabian architecture.
After the one of the Best Hotels in the World, Palazzo Versace Gold Coast in Queensland (Australia), opened in 2000, Versace inaugurated the label’s second luxury property in Dubai.

Every single piece of furniture and fabric that adorns the hotel’s 215 hotel rooms and suites, and 169 residences, is designed and tailor-made by the House of Versace exclusively for the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai.
“Every detail is researched, hand-painted ceilings and decorations in gold, precious marbles and mosaics that are monitored by the lifestyle of the house through the eyes of contemporary Donatella Versace” says the brand.
“Wherever the iconic motifs recur, like Medusa and the Greek and the legendary prints, some created exclusively for the palace.”
Add to this, the Palazzo Versace offers eight delightfully contrasting yet Versace-themed restaurants and bars that grace the luxury hotel, and enjoy al fresco dining with views of the surrounding Dubai Creek at all of them.
The luxury property offers also the “Water Salon” around the lagoon-style pool, a state of the art gymnasium, a world class day spa and meeting and conference facilities.
Surrounded by landscaped gardens and with its own private marina, Palazzo Versace will be one of Dubai’s most prestigious waterside addresses and top Design News.
