The flat was owned by Penny Hart. She didn’t renovate or change it since Mr. Sinatra’s time for four years. She just did an extension of the flat, adding two glass staircases. But finally she never moved in the flat and decided to move to another on located in the Upper East Side.

The lucky new owner is named Marvin Mitchell. It is an architect and said that he was not interest in the flat for its history, but for the views and space that it offers.
