Back in 2005, Parisian art lovers Loic Le Gaillard and Julien Lombrail found theCarpenters Workshop gallery with the goal of promoting a young approach to design and art. At these galleries you can find unique and exclusive projects of emerging and recognized artists from all over the world.
The gallery includes two branches in London (Michael Road in Chelsea and Albemarle street in Mayfair) and a third space in Paris that opened in Marais! These three spaces have the sames goal and they present some of the best art and design exhibitions you can see.
Designers and artists like Sebastian Brajkovic, Maarten Baas, Andrea Branzi, Ingrid Donat, Gordijn & Ralph Nauta, Joris Laarman, Frederik Molenschot, Marc Quinn, Rick Owens, Charles Trevelyan.have all collaborated and exhibited their latest designs at the Carpenters Workshop gallery.
In fact, if you’re planning to go to the city of Paris in the upcoming weeks, you still have the opportunity to visit the “Organic: group show”at the Carpenters Workshop gallery in Marais.
This outstanding and must see exhibition presents artworks of 12 designers that were inspired by vegetable, animal or organic shapes and textures to create the projects for this show. By reinterpreting natural forms, these artists designed functional and striking sculptures.
