On the evening of May 21st, the acclaimed Vinha Restaurant—proudly bearing its first Michelin star—will host an exclusive culinary experience to celebrate International Tea Day. Nestled in the sophisticated Vinha Boutique Hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia, with the majestic Douro River as its backdrop, this extraordinary event promises a harmonious blend of flavor, aroma, and artistry.

In collaboration with the Executive Tea Club and Infusões com História, the evening features a five-course tasting menu, curated by renowned Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa and resident Chef Jonathan Seiller. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with teas, herbal infusions, and tisanes—offering guests a unique and elevated sensory journey.



Adding to the enchantment of the night, perfumist Cláudia Camacho will unveil a bespoke fragrance inspired by the delicate notes of the infusions and dishes, allowing attendees to take home a scented memory of this exclusive gathering. One of the most captivating highlights of the evening will be the presence of Boca do Lobo, showcasing their iconic Diamond piece in a stunning new role: the Diamond Tea Cart.
