Krish Kothari, CEO and Creative Director of KKD Studio, describes the company’s methodology: “We make a concerted effort to deeply understand our customers – their personalities, friendliness, hobbies, interests, color preferences, travel experiences and overall lifestyle.” This detailed understanding guides the selection of materials and the creation of the mood board, accurately reflecting the customers’ characteristics.

Sustainability was a crucial aspect of the project. Automated toilets were incorporated to regulate water consumption and showers with technology that splits the water molecule into three parts, providing a low flow of water but with high pressure. Electrical automation systems help to reduce energy consumption by switching off air conditioning systems when a predetermined temperature is reached. In addition, ultra-efficient LED lights have been installed to contribute to environmental conservation.
