With architecture by Frank Greenwald, well known for his philosophy of drawing upon classic and indigenous styles, blending modern ideas and technology and interior design by Arthur Dunnam for Jed Johnson Studio, worldwide famous interior designer, recognized by his luxurious, unexpected but appropriate projects, finely attuned to the lifestyle of the client and respecting the architectural integrity of the residence, and reflective of the setting, this ocean road barn is one of a kind.

Entering this multi-activity barn it is possible to observe that each space is perfectly decorated and designed according to which activity will be developed there, as well as the initial structure of the barn was preserved and adds a unique and rustic vibe.
