Ordered by a Parisian fashion designer, local architectural design firm Lim + Lu has designed a bachelor pad of restrained style that nonetheless impresses with dashes of vibrant color and alluring reflections that match the owner’s playful character while making the most of the restricted free space.
Getting its name from the twin tower residential development it belongs to, Twin Peaks residence stands out amongst dozens of equal generically created luxury apartments with its design audacity by whimsically mixing a base color palette of light, dull tones with a diverse range of candy-colored furnishings and brass mirror coverings that make the area look larger.
Twin Peaks Residence was designed to accommodate the client’s interesting lifestyle that includes regularly receiving social meetings, the seating and dining areas have been merged into a unique, open-plan living space that opens up to the home’s petite balcony.
Pale laminate floors and soft pink walls, fused with white and grey marble tops for the coffee and dining tables, and sheer white curtains, give a feeling of balance that disintegrates the room’s short ends, while the shot of yellow, turquoise, and coral-pink hues, courtesy of a diverse range of luxury upholstered furniture, energize the area and provide visible stimulation.
