No 75 Kenmare is a design project of subdued luxury. Art and contemporary design are shaped to transform an inspiration into a home. The spaces are filled with natural light, letting the city in, but just enough. The building’s amenities include an automated parking garage, 24-hour concierge, a fully equipped gym, courtyard, and rooftop space. All finishes were selected by the Kravitz Design, from the wooden-slat screens in the gym to the quartzite and travertine floors in the lobby. The sophisticated design project is the design firm’s first full-building interior in New York City, and the result is what dreams are made of.
Distinct materials and high-quality furnishings meet in this unprecedented design project. Earthy tones are combined with a lighter color palette and designer furniture which allied to different patterns and shapes create a lot of visual interest.
No 75 Kenmare is very much the embodiment of Kravitz Design’s trademark, ‘soulful elegance through a natural, relaxed sense of style’. This New York design project is the proof that a collaborative approach in the industry is possible without giving up on cohesiveness and coherence. From this synergy, a beautiful design inspiration emerged, and we cannot wait to see what Kravitz Design will do next!
