NYC is home to some of the best interior design projects in the world. Noha Hassan decorated this modern apartment in New York and her creation is an ode to contemporary design, a place to be lived, loved, and admired.

The interior designer is known for creating interiors that are both modernist and warm. Noha Hassan’s style is influenced by her extensive travels, which is why her approach ranges from clean-lined minimalist to ethnic modern. There’s nothing she can not do!
Noha Hassan’s trademark is the symbiosis between her vision and the client’s requirements when it comes to location, lifestyle, and personality.
This downtown interior design project was everything but typical… The 10,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom duplex has everything one might expect from a luxurious apartment.

The owners wanted something modern, and cozy and Hassan delivered exactly that. An urban oasis which is also fun and playful.
The top floor of the duplex is entirely dedicated to the couple’s suite – bedroom, two closets, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a steam room. The children have their own sophisticated and joyful rooms, since the clients wanted something, their kids could grow into.
This interior design project is truly unique, its diversity in shape and form provides immense visual interest. Hassan likes to create spaces that have a certain surprise element to them.

“The couple also liked that I always like to do something a bit unexpected in my work,(…) Nothing is straight there. Very few rooms have straight walls, but that’s what makes it interesting. I love a challenge.”
The interior designer sought to balance clean lines with curvy features, a light color palette with a statement furniture pieces, all these elements juxtaposed in an eye-catching way.
The Egyptian-born designer is a master at mixing cutting-edge materials with remarkable textured and patterned fabrics, minimalism and modernism meet to create unmatched design inspiration. Hasan’s signature, statement lighting, was always very present throughout the project.
Despite the full attention Noha Hassan paid to interior finishes, the luxurious apartment’s unique setting inspired her to have things pared back, providing ninterrupted views over the beautiful city of New York!
