TRIBUNE TOWER RESIDENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The iconic Tribune Tower<\/strong>, the longtime home of the Chicago Tribune, is a symbol of Chicago\u2019s history\u2014and an architectural masterwork<\/strong> on the Magnificent Mile. In the 1920s, the building was sculpted upon the ambitious plans of an international design competition winner, resulting in the Neo-Gothic masterpiece. Nearly one hundred years later, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> had the honour of helping to transform the building to its new purpose: a collection of distinct, elegantly contemporary luxury residences<\/strong>, with 56 distinct floor plans\u2014ranging from $900,000 to over $7 million<\/strong> in value. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

COURTYARD ERIE BAYFRONT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s cooler by the lake\u2014that\u2019s especially true now, with the opening of the Courtyard Erie Bayfront Hotel<\/strong>, a new Marriott property on the coast of Lake Erie. The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> team of select-service hotel specialists at The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE was inspired by this Great Lake in their creation of a custom design for the hotel\u2019s public areas and guest suites. Collaborating closely with the Courtyard by Marriott brand team, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE designed the guestrooms, the lobby inclusive of a feature bar, along with the front desk pods and media walls that are signatures of the Courtyard brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEMPO BY HILTON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> Interiors team played an integral part in the development of interior brand standards for the latest brand to join the Hilton Hotels & Resorts portfolio<\/strong>. Working closely with stakeholders from Hilton, as well as a team of more than 100 consultants, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> developed signature interior elements for Tempo\u2019s public areas and guestrooms, catering to the emerging millennial lifestyle market. Hilton\u2019s Tempo brand was imagined to be a \u201cnon-prototypical prototype\u201d\u2014an easily scalable and executable model with an appropriate mix of prescribed and flexible elements. Understanding that the brand\u2019s demographic craves contextual and memorable experiences, with high expectations for quality and consistency, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> Interiors developed a thoughtful design program with core elements that allow for varying degrees of customization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HAMPTON INN CHICAGO DOWNTOWN MOTOR CLUB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE was honoured to be a part of the renovation of one of Chicago\u2019s finest Art Deco<\/strong> skyscrapers\u2014a historical landmark that was originally designed to house the Chicago Motor Club<\/strong>. Since the building\u2019s completion in 1928, the interior and exterior of this landmark have been changed very little. Restorers have worked to keep as many original details as possible, including the grand lobby\u2019s 33-by-29 foot mural of a map of the United States, featuring the most popular driving destinations in the country at the time of its creation. The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE team sought to enhance the building\u2019s Art Deco features, staying true to the spirit of the era, while introducing clean, contemporary elements that connect with the Hampton Inn guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HAMPTON INN HALLANDALE BEACH AVENTURA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Hampton Inn Hallandale Beach Aventura<\/strong>, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE developed a custom interior design package<\/strong> implementing Hilton\u2019s Perfect Mix Lobby program, created for the Hampton Inn brand. The project scope included the lobby, guest corridor, and select items within the guestrooms. Working with a soothing design palette, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> team created a welcoming environment. Referencing the PML program guidelines, The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> designed various seating and dining areas, with the flexibility to accommodate both work and social gathering. The team also upgraded the millwork within the front desk and buffet. The result is a sophisticated, yet approachable interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON BALTIMORE-BWI AIRPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design team worked closely with BRE Hotels and Resorts<\/strong> to complete a full PIP renovation in both the guestrooms and public areas, implementing Hilton\u2019s Take Flight requirements throughout. New finishes and furniture were installed to elevate and update the interiors at this Homewood Suites property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LA QUINTA INN & SUITES CHICAGO DOWNTOWN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE was engaged by LQ Management to redesign their flagship urban property in Downtown Chicago. With the introduction of a second-floor lobby bar, the design team established a concept deeply rooted in Chicago history. Upon entering the lobby, guests are met by a colourful mural of the Chicago skyline. Other design moments of this Chicago hotel<\/strong> renovation include local artwork throughout the public areas and a muted colour palette that is inspired by the area\u2019s naval history. A custom reception desk and feature wall recall the linework of Chicago\u2019s maritime past, and the guestrooms were designed to incorporate an elevated version of the prototypical La Quinta Guestroom packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HAMPTON INN MOAB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This renovation gave new purpose to a hotel located in an up-and-coming area where competition has increased as more and more visitors are drawn to the natural beauty of the stunning Moab landscape<\/strong>. Our The Gettys Group<\/em><\/strong> ONE team designed the exterior, guestrooms and bathrooms, and public spaces\u2014including the lobby, market, business centre, breakfast area, corridors, elevator lobbies and meeting rooms. The design features a customized lobby and guest rooms, all within brand standards. The brand chose to present this project as part of a Design Day at Hilton, using the project as an example of how to successfully customize a brand scheme to fit within the property\u2019s unique location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AC HOTEL CHICAGO DOWNTOWN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completed in May 2015, the AC Hotel Chicago Downtown<\/strong> is the flag\u2019s first property in Illinois and it’s fourth in the U.S. One of the most well-respected hotel brands in Spain, the AC Hotel Chicago Downtown is a lifestyle hotel that provides millennials and business travellers alike with elegant and comfortable surroundings, innovative dining options and locally-inspired experiences. The interior design provides an energetic vibe that draws from the runways and fashion houses of Milan. The team used understated, monochromatic colour schemes throughout to create a timeless interior design that is both modern and refined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
