Found in prestigious locations worldwide, Amaffi<\/strong> makes its debut in New York City<\/strong> with its first perfume house on Billionaires’ Row<\/a><\/strong>. Staying true to the brand\u2019s philosophy, \u201cWe are Amaffi. We are here to set the bar high<\/em>,\u201d TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> collaborated with Amaffi<\/strong> to create a fa\u00e7ade and store design that establishes a strong and unique presence on 57th Street in Midtown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Microtel Moda by Wyndham<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"TPG<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> was enlisted by Wyndham Hotel and Resorts<\/strong> to design a new Microtel Moda<\/strong> prototype to help reposition the brand to appeal to a new array of guests and business travellers. The scope of the project provided a unique opportunity for TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> to design a modern hotel<\/a><\/strong> experience that provides guests with a consistent, seamless stay in each location. The design concept is anticipated to be implemented in locations throughout the U.S. and Canada in both three-story and four-story iterations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tishman Speyer: Studio Gather<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tishman Speyer<\/strong> is a leading American real estate owner, operator, developer and fund manager of first-class properties across the world. Since 1996, Tishman Speyer<\/strong> has directed the redevelopment and repositioning of Rockefeller Center<\/strong>\u2014a landmark property and premier destination for world-class shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. In 2018, Tishman Speyer<\/strong> introduced Studio, co-working spaces within their properties that offer elevated workspaces and curated amenities. In response to the concept\u2019s success, Tishman Speyer<\/strong> developed Studio Gather<\/strong>, a multi-use conferencing centre that features elegant furnishings, high-quality technology, onsite staff, and versatile meeting layouts. To see Studio Gather<\/strong> to fruition, TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> was tapped to design the first iteration of the new amenity space, spanning over 13,000 square feet within Tishman Speyer\u2019s 45 Rockefeller Center<\/strong> global headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n

Panerai<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracing its origins back to 1860 on the Ponte alla Grazie in Florence, Italy, Panerai<\/a><\/strong> began as a modest watchmaker\u2019s shop and the city\u2019s first watchmaking school. Since the company has become the official supplier to the Royal Italian Navy and repositioned itself as a luxury watch brand<\/a><\/strong> under the Richemont Group. Looking to enter into the Hudson Yards market, Panerai selected TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> to implement the design and construction of the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

525 West Van Buren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

525 West Van Buren<\/strong> is a Class A office tower located in the heart of Chicago\u2019s West Loop neighbourhood. In recent years, the area has undergone a period of urban renewal, led by the redevelopment of the city\u2019s historic Union Station and the long-vacant Post Office. With the region anticipating more attention, TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> was engaged by the building\u2019s owner to reimagine the building\u2019s lobby presence, keeping in line with the same characteristics as seen in the surrounding, rapid development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fragomen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in 1951, Fragomen<\/strong>, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP is a leading international immigration firm that provides services for both corporate and individual clients. For the relocation of their headquarters to Midtown, the firm enlisted TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> to design a forward-thinking, innovative new legal workspace that promotes their highly collaborative culture. The new office transcends the idea of what the landscape of a modern law firm can achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard Mille<\/strong> is an eponymous brand of ultra-luxury Swiss watches<\/a><\/strong>. Founded in 1999, they are based in Les Breuleux, Switzerland with retail locations in virtually every major city in the world. TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> worked with the high-end retail<\/strong> client to implement their latest store design concept in a new high-profile, flagship location in the United States. The multi-story location at 432 Park Avenue provides ample space to display exclusive, limited models<\/strong>, showcasing Richard Mille<\/strong>\u2019s technical excellence in horology within luxurious surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spotify<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a music, podcast, and video streaming service, Spotify<\/strong> occupies the intersection of the tech, media, and entertainment industries. For their New York Headquarters, the digital service company needed a highly flexible and progressive work environment to align with its workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BlueMountain Capital Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This private investment firm has offices in New York and London. In 2006, TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong> provided architectural services for BlueMountain<\/strong>\u2019s 125 traders in 22,500 square feet at 280 Park Avenue.
