The sculptural structure of Austin Proper Hotel & Residences<\/strong> spans 32 floors and combines a 244-room hotel<\/a><\/strong> with 99 exclusive residences<\/a><\/strong>. Located in the cultural crossroads of Austin<\/strong>\u2018s downtown Second Street District, the project<\/a><\/strong> is the result of a visionary collaboration between designers Kelly Wearstler<\/em><\/strong>, Handel Architects<\/strong> and McGuire Moorman Hospitality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
