The luxury apartment gathered lovers of fine perfumery to enjoy the aromas developed under the guidance of François Demachy, Dior’s chief perfumer.
The fashion brand has created together with Carpenters Workshop Gallery a space that gathers memories and references from the gardens of the Dior family in Granville, the fields of Grasse, where some of the botanical species aromas grow and the art gallery owned by the Monsieur Dior in the French capital before devoting himself to fashion.
“We wanted to reflect the elegant and electric decor that Parisians dominate so well, including some of our key pieces,” explain gallery owners Julien Lombrail and Loïc Le Gaillard on how they decorated the duplex.
Therefore, in the rooms, along with perfumes, candles, and soaps, there is a unique selection of limited edition furniture and art that coexists with historical photos of the founder, his revolutionary models, and portraits of the craftsmen who work in the firm today.
The French House’s codes remain present everywhere in the apartment. Next to the staircase, lamp by Nacho Carbonell. In the living room, Platner seats , table by Vicenzo de Cotiis and chandelier by Studio Drift. The dining room gains personality with Mirror DC 1801 from Vincenzo de Cotis and the classics dining chairs from Pierre Jeanneret.
