Telegraph Hill Residence
Niche Interiors was designated to furnish the interior of this modern constructed 8,000 square foot home with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay.
The team worked closely with the architects at Lundberg Design to ensure that the furnishings blended seamlessly with modern architecture and understated materials.
How stunning is this space? The media room features a wool sofa and two vintage armchairs (Milo Baughman) that have been reupholstered in green velvet.
All upholstered furniture was made with natural latex cushions wrapped in organic wool to avoid harmful chemicals for our environmentally conscious clients.
Vintage mid-century dining chairs were paired with a custom walnut dining room table. Steel and glass LED pendant lights are leading the eye into the formal living room, which features a Christian Liaigre mohair sofa and Italian armchairs.
Niche Interiors designed a cantilevered seat in the living room bay window that maintains the modern and airy feel of the home and takes advantage of the breathtaking views.
