On the top floor of one of the most impressive skyscrapers in the South Mumbai area, the most exclusive and fashionable residential area of the Indian metropolis, Nunziati created and designed the interiors of a 400 sqm expensive penthouse. The luxury home occupies an entire floor of the modern architectural building.

Inside this outstanding penthouse, the “calacatta carrara” marble imported from Italy was selected for the modern living room floor. The dominant part where the technical rooms are situated and which serves to support the entire structure called “Core” revolves around the central part of the building and has been added in a walnut wood paneling with retractable doors.

About modern furniture, Nunziatti has chosen the best Italian luxury furniture brands. Also, the colors selected for the covering and the accessories are commonly tone on tone, but also, in contrast, bright colors that are mixed with softer and reassuring colors to make a sort of chromatic break such as the blue leather covering of the “dezza” unique armchairs designed by Giò Ponti and produced by Poltrona Frau.

In the contemporary bedrooms, the floor is made of eucalyptus wood produced by Listone Giordano. Inside this luxury penthouse, all the atmosphere, created through the sophisticated design taste of the top interior designer, is refined and elegant. The final result was a bourgeois contemporary classicism, a wonderful interior design masterpiece!
