Palacete de Córdoba was the home of the poet Julio Aumente, which had already been restored in the 1950s by the architect Rafael de la Hoz. Characterized as a comfortable and functional space, the modern house has five rooms, although some of its rooms have been unified to create diaphanous spaces. On these lines, the contemporary living room with a fireplace is decorated in blue and beige tones and where metallic structures, designed by the top interior designer, delimit the living area of the dining room. The sofas are also designed and created by the Spanish designer.

The construction of Palacete de Córdoba is distributed over two floors, in addition to the roof, and has a large central patio to which all the rooms give. Decorated with contemporary and exclusive pieces with special and stunning details, the dining room features a modern glass table with luxury chairs designed by Oswald Haerdtl. The ceiling lamps is a design piece by Adriana’s design studio.

Inside the modern and unique kitchen, you can get amazed by the floor designed by Francisco Segarra.


To preserve the charm and personality of this pleasing construction, the design team decided to maintain some original elements, including carpentry. However, the doors, windows, and shutters were restored and updated with a bold blue color that marked the decoration of each and every room. The shower is designed by Adriana Nicolau design studio.




Succeeding the same aesthetic as in the contemporary interior design of the mansion, the exterior spaces presents a mix of antique furniture that owners recovered from previous homes with current pieces. The result of this fantastic fusion by Adriana Nicolau is an eclectic and very personal environment where every design lover can breathe the essence and charm of an old palace.
