Greenwich Village is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in New York. The history-charged area is known for its architecture and overall art-influenced vibe. This Greenwich Village home embodies that same artistry in the most beautiful way, a family home that is meant to be lived and loved, but also admired. Designed by Nicole Fuller Interiors, this interior project represents the firm’s sheer versatility.
The New York-based design firm specializes in high-end residential and commercial interior projects in the US and abroad. Founded by Nicole Fuller, one of the best interior designers in the world, the company has worked with a varied international clientele and has been responsible for some of the most incredible design inspirations out there. Nicole’s residential projects span from coast to coast, major European cities and the rural English countryside, and are a great addition to the contemporary design history book.
The Greenwich Village home has a beautiful synergy between modern design and classic architecture which Nicole Fuller Interiors layered with antique finds. The use of art and bespoke furniture pieces brings the creative vibe of the neighborhood indoors.
In the entry, the ceiling beams are wrapped in cerused white oak with a decorative plaster design in the cove. Statement art such as a painting by James Narer hangs elevates the design and shows the New York-based design firm’s versatility in Art curation. Nicole Fuller Interiors designed starburst cerused oak pocket doors with custom resin and brass handles to provide separation and delineate the kitchen from the dining room and living room.
In the dining room, a custom matte blue lacquer panel accent wall is centered over one of the fireplaces flanked by two mirror panels. Nicole Fuller isn’t afraid of combining strong colors with different shapes and materials, which is why this luxury home is a true ode to contemporary design and a place filled with visual interest.
Nicole Fuller Interiors also designed bespoke closets in the master suite in a French eggshell crackle finish, trimmed with custom brushed brass handles. The New York-based design firm masters customization and this Greenwich Village home represents that art. The result is an unique and timeless home, completely tailored to the client’s needs and desires. A vibrant design inspiration!
