Smith<\/a> III\u00a0to Milan Design Week this year. \u201cOpen Sky\u201d\u00a0 is a site-specific work devised specifically for the 16th-century Palazzo Iisimbardi which it inhabits, and comprises a reflective, semi-circular form.
