Designed and built by the Chilean top architect<\/strong> based in South Africa Antonio Zaninovic<\/strong>, this luxury home<\/strong> situated in Cape Town would be the perfect shelter of the mythic James Bond<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Baptized as \u201cThe house of James Bond<\/em>\u2018<\/strong>, this modern architecture<\/strong><\/a> project has with three floors excavated in the land and semi-hidden by the vegetation. However, the modern interior design<\/strong><\/a> was specially made by Philippe Van der Merwe<\/strong>, from the Tonic Design studio<\/strong>, who opted for a minimalist design concept. Get inspired and explore the Bond\u2026 James Bond<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s contemporary house<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the top architect Antonio Zaninovic<\/strong>: \u201cThe owners, because of their lifestyle, needed large spaces, but building everything in just two heights would have been disproportionate and ostentatious in relation to the land they had bought in Fresnaye. Thus, the idea of \u200b\u200bdigging up so that three of them were semi-hidden and incorporated into the garden by unevenness\u201d. In this way, a cave effect was created that made its owners nickname it with the name of the secret agent.<\/p>\n

Inside the luxury living room<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Bassam Fellows<\/strong>\u00a0armchairs with a unique design<\/strong> and\u00a0Tonic Desig<\/strong>n\u00a0coffee tables, modern furniture<\/strong> <\/a>pieces that bring a classic side to this contemporary interior design project<\/strong><\/a>. On the wall, there is a painting by Norman Catherine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

From the contemporary dining room<\/strong><\/a>, the view of the hall and the modern living room<\/strong><\/a> with the kitchen open. It is possible to feel classic and modern to feel James Bon<\/strong>d<\/strong><\/em>\u2018s vibes \u2013 simples lines, supreme details.<\/p>\n

Inside the James Bond<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s luxury home<\/strong>, the hall and the music area are presided by a piano and an oil painting by Lionel Smit<\/strong>. In the modern dining room, there is a walnut table by Tonic Design<\/strong>, Oscar chairs<\/strong> by Sergio Rodrigues<\/strong> and Endless lamp by Roll & Hill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
