The renovation revolves around additional veneer partitions and furniture manipulation to redefine the existing open plan to a series of functional rooms. All its existing features were kept in their original state. To keep the integrity of the house, the intervention also focused on using the same material to maintain its neutrality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a fusion of vibrant colors, patterns & decor celebrating the richness of Indian Food & Culture. Three caverns at the indoor dining include arched windows allowing guests to have a more intimate dining experience. The dining space<\/strong> shows a view to the tandoori oven & grill, the main heart of the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embracing the high ceiling by combining with unusual layout arrangement and comfortable seating. The owners of this house, a young couple in their late 20s, wanted a house that could accommodate their future lifestyle. The mother wanted her own space to work from home so that she could still have quality time with her son. The rooms are scattered around the site, visually united by a swimming pool in the main courtyard as focal point. A black staircase with steel plate railings connects the ground floor and the top floor, where the private quarters are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
