This\u00a0magical bedroom<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0was brought to life by\u00a0Marcos Marcelino Architecture and Design<\/strong>\u00a0upon a wish to create a room where the little girl could feel like a real-life princess and live her highest dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n

With our\u00a0Fantasy Air Balloon<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, he created a themed room that invokes the romantic and whimsical ambience of a hot air balloon ride. This enchanted bed was completely customized according to the parent\u2019s wishes and adapted to the room measures, being a one-of-a-kind piece for the little princess.<\/p>\n\n\n

Here, Charlotte can store all of her favourite bedtime stories and have her private library. Luxurious Penthouse in Brazil by Electrix Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

In the heart of Sao Paulo, Brazil, interior design studio\u00a0Electrix Design<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0amazed their clients with an opulently stunning residential space, mixing European Classic, Art Deco, and tropical accents.<\/p>\n\n\n

Known for its sophisticated taste, the studio opted for a mixture of locally sourced materials for the interior design project\u2019<\/em><\/strong>s finishings and international designers for lighting and furniture, including\u00a0LUXXU<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0DelightFull<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, whose products were able to provide an intimate Deco ambience to this penthouse\u00a0Interior Design Project<\/em><\/strong>. Some of the most remarkable pieces found within the apartment include the\u00a0Empire Square Snooker<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, the\u00a0Waltz Desk<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/a>as well as the\u00a0Brubeck wall lamps<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zunino House by Campana Brothers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brazilian designers Fernando and Humberto Campana have built a\u00a0house in Sao Paulo<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0that is covered in palm fibre to give it a hairy exterior. Located in the city\u2019s leafy Jardim Paulista neighbourhood, the\u00a0four-story house<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0takes its cues from Brazil\u2019s indigenous housing, where fibres from the piassava palm are used to create a shield against the tropical heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NVD House by Studio Arthur Casas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NVD House by Studio Arthur Casas<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0is a three-story home in the Brazilian city\u2019s luxury golf course community, Quinta da Baroneza, which also contains lakes, forests, an equestrian center, and Brazil\u2019s Atibaia River. A grass roof covers over the series of L- and T-shaped volumes clad in stone, glass, and wood-like aluminum that make up the 1,277-square-metre residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arranged together, the geometric volumes form cantilevers and lookout points across the residence, including\u00a0private terraces<\/strong><\/em>, gardens, a rooftop that serves as a golf course, and an elevated\u00a0swimming pool<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0wrapped in pale stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPlaced in a land with a native forest surrounding it in the interior of Sao Paulo, the interior design project<\/em><\/strong> has the house\u2019s program distributed in a dynamic mix of volumes with great spans and cantilevers,\u201d said Studio Arthur Casas.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cHygge Studio\u201d Apartment by Melina Romano<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creamy brick walls,\u00a0terracotta tiles<\/strong><\/em>, and tropical plants feature in this Sao Paulo apartment by Brazilian designer Melina Romano, which is intended to feel \u201cmodern and bucolic\u201d. The interior design project<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s name, Hygge Studio, refers to the\u00a0Scandinavian<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>word used to describe a sense of cosiness and contentment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartment contains a\u00a0living room<\/strong><\/em>,\u00a0kitchen<\/strong><\/em>, and a\u00a0bedroom suite<\/strong><\/em>. The interior design was overseen by Melina Romano, who runs an eponymous studio in Sao Paulo. Romano and her team said they blended colours, textures, and materials to reach \u201cthe exact point between hot and cold, between modern and bucolic\u201d. Throughout the 68-square-meter unit, finishes are meant to be easy to clean and maintain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sao Paulo Apartment with wooden slats by Studio MK27<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basalt floors and wood-panelled ceilings and walls cover this\u00a0Sao Paulo apartment<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0designed by local practice Studio MK27. Flat 12 was designed for a family with three kids that enjoys entertaining guests. Their previous residence was decorated differently to Studio MK27\u2019s typical aesthetic, so they worked together to find a style that suited them both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey were coming from a house where the decoration was very different from our line of work, so the challenge was to work on a change of code with them,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Studio MK27 said.\u00a0\u201cWe chose\u00a0natural materials<\/strong>\u00a0to bring coziness to the spaces.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

RF Apartment by SuperLim\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exposed pipes painted pastel tones and a burnt pink ceiling are among the details Brazilian studio SuperLim\u00e3o added during the\u00a0renovation of an apartment<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0in downtown Sao Paulo. RF Apartment is located inside the modernist Saint Honor\u00e9 building, completed in 1958 by Brazilian architect Artacho Jurado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The local studio designed the renovation for a couple interested in\u00a0art, architecture<\/strong><\/em>, and photography who wanted to reconfigure the layout to make it better suited for hosting social gatherings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GM Apartment by Nildo Jos\u00e9 Architects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GM Apartment is a two-bedroom unit in a condominium tower, located in the city\u2019s Vila Madalena neighborhood, which was revitalized for a businessman. Exposed concrete pillars and ceilings are left intact, while wooden details and new green tiles floors are used to soften the\u00a0apartment\u2019s interiors<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe key point was to get out of sameness and look for innovative and unconventional solutions to make the environment welcoming,\u00a0striving for elegance<\/strong>, integration, and well-being,\u201d s<\/em>aid Nildo Jos\u00e9 Architects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limantos House by Fernanda Marques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This gorgeous house in Sao Paulo was designed by one of the\u00a0best interior designers<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and architects in Brasil \u2013 Fernanda Marques. The layout of this house built on a plot of steep slopes, in Sao Paulo, refers to the rationalist architecture of the German Mies van der Rohe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWorking at the limit between maximum transparency and the ideal level of privacy for each space was my greatest challenge\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0says Sao Paulo-based architect\u00a0<\/em>Fernanda Marques<\/strong>.\u00a0\u201cThere was also a need to insert the house in the plot, conserve and respect the existing trees, and, obviously, the considerable steepness to consider.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Apartment in a Modernist Sao Paulo Building by Saito Arquitetos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brazilian firm Saito Arquitetos has reorganized an apartment set in Sao Paulo\u2019s historic Conjunto Nacional building around a large wooden box. Saito Arquitetos was enlisted to transform a couple\u2019s flat within Conjunto Nacional, a 25-story mixed-use building completed in 1956 by architect David Libeskind. The owners chose the 250-square-meter unit due to the modernist building\u2019s prominent location on the city\u2019s major thoroughfare, Paulista Avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n

Box House by FC Studio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brazilian architect Flavio Castro of FCstudio has built a one-bedroom home for himself in Sao Paulo, with nearly all of the rooms able to fully open to the outdoors thanks to sliding walls. Situated on a corner lot in a\u00a0residential neighbourhood<\/strong><\/em>, the two-story Box House is concealed by a concrete wall around the property\u2019s perimeter. Sliding metal doors hide the front entrance and a driveway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rectangular in plan and flat-roofed, the residence was designed by Castro to take up the largest amount of buildable land, with the remainder created as a\u00a0lush courtyard<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contemporary Pad in Sao Paulo by Studio Guilherme Torres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studio Guilherme Torres has transformed a family home in Brazil into a\u00a0contemporary pad<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0for a DJ and music producer. It took nearly two years to complete the renovation of MV House, which is located in Sao Paulo and measures 9,149 square feet (850 square meters).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based locally, Studio Guilherme Torres refurbished the white\u00a0Spanish colonial-style house<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0using timber and black accents, creating a \u201crock \u2018n\u2019 roll\u201d atmosphere that better suits its new resident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
