Claudia<\/em><\/strong> took seriously her heritage<\/a> and brilliant legacy and became her own CEO when founded Claudia Afshar Luxury Interiors<\/em><\/strong>. An international interior design firm<\/strong><\/em> specialized in high-end residential<\/em>, hospitality<\/em> and Specialty Commercial Interiors Nationwide<\/em>. Also, you may have seen her work in some of the most reputable design magazines worldwide, Vogue<\/strong> and Elle D\u00e9cor<\/strong> are just two of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENGLAND RESIDENCE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of our most loved projects is also a tribute to Claudia<\/em><\/strong>\u2018s homeland! Brickfields<\/strong> is a unique property close to central <\/em>London<\/strong>. However, has the privacy of the British<\/strong> countryside<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contemporary architecture<\/a><\/strong> highlights the rural environment<\/em>, with the \u2018stove\u2019<\/em> reflecting the historic heritage<\/a> of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claudia Afshar<\/em><\/strong> made this modern home<\/a><\/strong> exude luxury<\/strong> <\/a>on the inside! With 6 bedrooms and bathrooms, sumptuous living rooms, an indoor pool, gym and cinema, and a roof terrace with a spa overlooking the British countryside, with the two wings connected by a bespoke glass link. The natural wood in the kitchen combined with a sleek, ultra-modern<\/strong> stone worktop and a sophisticated choice<\/em> of tiles have exceeded design<\/em> expectations<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both inside and out, each room has a function that allows for a comfortable<\/strong> and practical lifestyle<\/em> tailored to today\u2019s living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An incredible retreat that isn\u2019t just beautiful on the inside and outside, Brickfields<\/strong> was built with numerous sustainable elements such as solar panels, water recycling and ground source heat pumps. This project also shows us an interesting point: a home can have advanced technology<\/strong> with minimal expense and continue to be luxurious<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MALIBU RESIDENCE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When Scandinavian<\/em> minimalism<\/strong> meets California<\/strong> coastal style<\/em>, magic happens!<\/strong><\/span> From the custom kitchen with a hidden juice station and European<\/strong> appliances to the bathrooms with luxurious<\/a><\/strong> fixtures and seamless microcement plaster, along with custom cabinetry and chevron oak floors throughout, this home creates a tranquil sanctuary<\/em> in the heart of Malibu<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located right on the beach in Malibu<\/strong>, the main goal was to incorporate a relaxed atmosphere of the beach into the house<\/span>, with lots of natural materials and a neutral color palette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, Claudia<\/em><\/strong> Afsha<\/em><\/strong>r<\/strong><\/em>\u2018s team wanted to take full advantage of indoor-outdoor living <\/em>by completely remodeling the large deck overlooking the ocean \u2013 including a comfortable lounge area and new landscaping. Here\u2019s the astonishing result!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimalism <\/strong>and simplicity<\/strong> were some of the keywords at the briefing. Claudia<\/em><\/strong> and her team were in tune with their client from the beginning and they are very satisfied that everything came together with the way the property owner wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A stunning contemporary home lavishly decorated with unique furnishings and carefully chosen customized materials. The instant you step through the door, you are greeted with a beautiful and exquisite flare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now, after a tour through this bright, full of light beachy home it\u2019s hard to believe that once, this Malibu<\/strong> property was quite dark and moody, with a poor layout. It is more than fair to say that Claudia Afshar<\/em><\/strong> made magic happen!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
