Neil Patrick Harris <\/strong>was part of that process and in a way, he became a New York symbol<\/a><\/span>! The actor and his partner acquired a bed and breakfast townhouse in Harlem back in 2013, which they renovated, transforming it into a truly Luxurious New York Home<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. The couple is now selling their Harlem Brownstone<\/strong> for $10.1 million and we bring you a sneak peak of this incredible celebrity home<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building has 8,000 square-feet and it is spread over five storeys! It includes four bedrooms <\/a><\/strong>and four bathrooms<\/a><\/strong>, as well as a secret room on its top floor. According to Harris, the Harlem Brownstone<\/strong> is a dear place to his family:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka<\/strong> renovated the old bed and breakfast, elevating it and creating a warm and inviting home<\/span>. The place has rich colors and restored woodwork features<\/span> as well as incredible artwork and taxidermy animals<\/span> which are scattered throughout! There\u2019s visual interest in every corner<\/span> of the amazing celebrity home<\/a><\/strong> and its design is both unique and sophisticated. A particularly noteworthy decor piece<\/span> on the ground floor is a chandelier designed by Carolina Fontoura Alzaga<\/span>, featuring bicycle chains in place of traditional crystal ropes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Harlem Brownstone<\/strong>\u2019s second level, the dining room and kitchen <\/span>are flooded with natural light, and the deck allows one to enjoy the city\u2019s surroundings. Further upstairs, the private oasis, the master bedroom<\/a><\/strong>\u2026 The ensuite comprises a spa-like bathroom AND an outdoor hot tub<\/span>! Truly luxurious! Finally, on the home\u2019s uppermost floor, the office<\/a><\/strong>, a magic room<\/span> which is concealed behind a trick door \u2014 a vintage poster of a magician, whose eye, when pressed, opens up to reveal the couple\u2019s collection of magical memorabilia<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
