Homo Faber 2024<\/a><\/strong>: The Journey of Life<\/em><\/strong> will be a remarkable event that will take place from September 1 to 30, 2024, in Venice, at the prestigious Fondazione Giorgio Cini, located on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore. <\/strong>This third edition of the biennale will celebrate the skill and talent of contemporary artisans<\/a><\/strong>, offering visitors an immersive experience that explores the defining moments of human life through the lens of craftsmanship<\/span><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the artistic direction of famous filmmaker Luca Guadagnino<\/a><\/strong> and architect Nicol\u00f2 Rosmarini<\/a><\/strong>, the exhibition takes visitors on an immersive journey representing various stages of human life<\/strong>, narrated through handmade works<\/a><\/strong> by artisans worldwide. <\/strong>The theme of the exhibition, conceived by Hanneli Rupert<\/a><\/strong>, emphasizes stages such as childhood, love, dreams, and travel, all portrayed through exceptional objects made with innovative techniques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the exhibitions, Homo Faber 2024<\/strong> will include personalized experiences combining crafts, gastronomy <\/strong>and entertainment<\/strong>, which can be booked in advance. The Homo Faber in Citt\u00e0 program<\/strong> will take visitors to explore up to 70 Venetian ateliers<\/strong>, providing a new way to discover the city and its rich artisan heritage<\/a><\/strong>. This program is organized in partnership with the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d\u2019Arte<\/strong>, with the support of Cartier and other local institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
