On one of the most beautiful rocky promontories and unspoiled parts of Ibiza’s Isla Blanca, this modern villa plays the ultimate sophistication between stone, sky, and sea.
Rested on the most beautiful cliffs of the island without access by the sea, this modern house of the 1980s, the property of a collector of German art, has been completely reworked by the French-Argentine architect Luis Laplace.
“The nature is so strong here that we decided to let the rock, the pines, and the sea speak rather than to expose contemporary works”, explains the architect.
In fact, in the image of a tropical house, the luxurious and refined architecture dialogues in each place with the spectacular maritime landscape.

The interior designer imagined a very sensual house where swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor showers, and terraces allow isolating while contemplating the sunset on the horizon. We would get lost almost for a moment in the deep blue of the graphic pool inspired by a work by American artist Roni Horn.
Inside, the architect opted for a contemporary aesthetic. The house is divided into three levels embedded in the rock, marble, precious wood, stone and other noble materials adorn the walls and floors of this white and geometric house.
Luxury is ubiquitous but never ostentatious. Sober, the deco plays the card of the vintage by giving pride of place to the French and Scandinavian design, mixed with modern furniture designed by the architect.
Outside, the terraces are more radical, adorned with a pair of AA chairs at the edge of the pool or a very discreet table surrounded by chairs Mathieu Mathieu.
