“We are officially adults,” says Behati on her Instagram when she posted about her new home with Adam and their kids. And that’s right, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo‘s new home in Los Angeles is everything but eccentric. The couple rejects any bling, opting instead for balance, intellect and plenty of natural beauty. With the help of the mother-and-son duo, Kathleen Clements and Timothy Clements from Clements Design, Adam and Behati built their dream home in a universe of adulting and parenthood.

To start this tour off right, Bones and Charlie welcome you to the bright and airy living room! A Rashid Johnson painting and an Andrea Branzi floor lamp flank the entrance to the bedroom wing. The sofa, daybed, and cocktail tables are from Clements Design.
A HOME THAT REALLY FEELS LIKE HOME
A family house should really feel like home, and that was Adam and Behati‘s main goal when they were looking for their grown-up modern house in Los Angeles.
Let’s start from the outside. They’ve truly found natural beauty, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and perfect for watching their children, Dusty and Gio, grow up.
By the pool are teak chaise longues by Gloster, guarded by olive trees. Mark Rios, of design firm RIOS, designed the landscape as a series of discrete destinations, as well as the sunken conversation pit outside the den as a counterpoint to the raised seating area at the edge of the garden.
Adam and Behati‘s bedroom lives in perfect harmony with the exterior, with a floor-to-ceiling glass window. During this lovely tour, you will notice that white and beige tones are the key colors of all rooms. The bed is from Clements Design.
The fanciest thing to be found in the new home of Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo might be Adam‘s huge collection of sneakers. The closet where he keeps them, however, has a Rick Owens couch in the middle. That’s something you do not get to see in your average episode of Cribs.
Not the most common home office of all, but a very simple one. Just like Adam and Behati‘s entire home. This room is outfitted with an Andrew Zuckerman artwork, a Charlotte Perriand desk, Mats Theselius chairs, and a vintage Tabriz rug from Woven.
“We were drawn to this place because it felt homey. You could tell kids had lived here before.”

In the same area of the living room, there’s a dining area with a Clements dining table. This room is reserved for more formal occasions. For other regular meals, the family prefers the kitchen, which we will show you below.

Welcome to the screening room. Although also monochrome space, this room contrasts with the rest of the house. Here is the place where Levine and Prinsloo‘s family spends most of their time: the kitchen. As Adam says, “This is where we live. We live right here,” which leads us to believe that all meals are important family events in their daily home life.
As we said at the beginning, the house of Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo is not like the other houses of celebrities we are used to. At least in Los Angeles. The rooms are not too big and there is no crazy waterfall among other things. In this house with bare walls and no wallpaper, all the furniture is covered in beautiful linens and bouclés. Things like zebra stripes or patent leather are a thing of the past. All of this is anything but swanky and chic. In fact, anyone could live a very simple and comfortable life here.
