In rusty steel and glass, a sculptural staircase connects both floors. And if we keep talking about materials, we must mention the stars of this modern apartment: plaster, wood, glass, and marble. The reflective finishes of the polished surfaces allow the spaces of the luxury apartment to be subtly illuminated, creating a constantly evolving relationship between the occupants and their surroundings. This effect was reinforced by the lighting design conceived in collaboration with Lux Populi.
