While Beleco designs astonishing interiors and furniture, they also do some kind of magic when it comes to giving a glint to brands with logo design and websites. For this multidisciplinary team, it’s all about “The good design. That’s it.“.

Beleco‘s was founded in 2013 by Christian Schnyder and works mainly in the hospitality industry, transforming remarkable properties into beautiful and functional environments.
Here’s some of our favorite Interior Design projects:
COSTA RESTAURANT
Or Lovely like limoncello as described on their website. This is a restaurant inspired by the land of limoncello or, in other words, by Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Playfully curved, bright yellow chairs and lemon yellow walls balance the rustic feel of the intimate dining room.

Natural textures and oceanic blues punctuate the bar-lounge area, refreshing its age-old presence with an upscale “coolness” that complements the terrace views of the Pacific. Beleco‘s design for Costa Restaurant at Mar Monte Hotel brings a touch of the Mediterranean to the California coast.
NICK + STEF’S
After 15 years as one of the best steakhouses in town and in order to follow the rapid modernization of Downtown L.A., Nick + Stef’s dreamed of a contemporary facelift and Beleco‘s team made it happen very well!
The main challenge was to redesign the interior while maintaining its mysterious, iconic glamor. The key to success lay in the restaurant’s original nooks and crannies, which this design firm used as inspiration for playful new wall coverings, patterned rugs and elegant lighting.
Strong geometric metal and ribbed glass partitions were added to create balance and privacy while reflecting light in provocative ways. The focal point? An irresistible bar that was relocated and renovated to create the open, free-flowing feel that is “so L.A.”.
THE GRAY HOTEL
One of their most recent work is The Gray Hotel in Chicago, winner of the International Hotel & Property Award for Best 200+ Room Hotel (Americas & Caribbean). Named after the original Georgia Gray marble – this project combines contemporary elegance with historic charm.
Inspired by the finely tailored suits of London Savile Row, Beleco‘s team used delicate suiting fabrics, velvet and lace to balance the cold, hard interiors with softness and sophistication. Shades of blue and rays of light whisper serenity throughout the hotel’s 293 rooms, while lovingly curated artworks punctuate the walls with subtle, historically solid humor.

THE DARCY HOTEL
This is also a recent and incredible project by Beleco in the hospitality industry. Upon checking in, guests immediately notice artist Kirk Maxson‘s gold sculpture of Washington D.C.‘s official flower, the American Beauty rose, behind the reception desk. In fact, much of the hotel’s design is inspired by the rose, including the carved wooden arches and the hand-tufted rugs in some of the guest rooms.
You can find these fabulous interiors in the heart of Washington D.C., just a few minutes away from the White House. This 226-room Hotel gives Rhode Island Avenue a little taste of la vie en rose. With an assumed commitment to good design, storytelling and service, for this Los Angeles-based team, every project is inspired by a story and refined until it invites a sense of community, elegance and wit.
It’s for their singular approach and their unquestionable talent for creating luxury interiors that Beleco is a preferred design firm for several hotel and resort chains, including Disney, Fairmont, Hilton, Hyatt and Kimpton. They also specialize in restaurants and private residences.
It’s all about good design. That’s it!
