While Claudia apprenticed at her Mother’s award-winning interior design firm – Living In Space – she also learned architectural design and ground-up development from her Father’s successful large-scale property firm.

Claudia took seriously her heritage and brilliant legacy and became her own CEO when founded Claudia Afshar Luxury Interiors. An international interior design firm specialized in high-end residential, hospitality and Specialty Commercial Interiors Nationwide. Also, you may have seen her work in some of the most reputable design magazines worldwide, Vogue and Elle Décor are just two of them.

ENGLAND RESIDENCE

One of our most loved projects is also a tribute to Claudia‘s homeland! Brickfields is a unique property close to central London. However, has the privacy of the British countryside.

The contemporary architecture highlights the rural environment, with the ‘stove’ reflecting the historic heritage of the area.

May I Come In? Luxury Living Rooms To Inspire You

Claudia Afshar made this modern home exude luxury on the inside! With 6 bedrooms and bathrooms, sumptuous living rooms, an indoor pool, gym and cinema, and a roof terrace with a spa overlooking the British countryside, with the two wings connected by a bespoke glass link. The natural wood in the kitchen combined with a sleek, ultra-modern stone worktop and a sophisticated choice of tiles have exceeded design expectations.

Both inside and out, each room has a function that allows for a comfortable and practical lifestyle tailored to today’s living.

An incredible retreat that isn’t just beautiful on the inside and outside, Brickfields was built with numerous sustainable elements such as solar panels, water recycling and ground source heat pumps. This project also shows us an interesting point: a home can have advanced technology with minimal expense and continue to be luxurious.

MALIBU RESIDENCE

When Scandinavian minimalism meets California coastal style, magic happens! From the custom kitchen with a hidden juice station and European appliances to the bathrooms with luxurious fixtures and seamless microcement plaster, along with custom cabinetry and chevron oak floors throughout, this home creates a tranquil sanctuary in the heart of Malibu.

Located right on the beach in Malibu, the main goal was to incorporate a relaxed atmosphere of the beach into the house, with lots of natural materials and a neutral color palette.

Also, Claudia Afshar‘s team wanted to take full advantage of indoor-outdoor living by completely remodeling the large deck overlooking the ocean – including a comfortable lounge area and new landscaping. Here’s the astonishing result!

Minimalism and simplicity were some of the keywords at the briefing. Claudia and her team were in tune with their client from the beginning and they are very satisfied that everything came together with the way the property owner wanted.

CALABASAS RESIDENCE

A stunning contemporary home lavishly decorated with unique furnishings and carefully chosen customized materials. The instant you step through the door, you are greeted with a beautiful and exquisite flare.

And now, after a tour through this bright, full of light beachy home it’s hard to believe that once, this Malibu property was quite dark and moody, with a poor layout. It is more than fair to say that Claudia Afshar made magic happen!
