Winner: Gerbou Restaurant, Kristina Zanic Consultants
Kristina Zanic Consultants‘ Gerbou Restaurant will open its doors in early 2024, reimagining authentic Arabic cuisine with a contemporary touch under the guidance of Emirati chef Sahar Al Awadhi. The interiors of Gerbou’s new home, a renovated Dubai building from 1987, were created in collaboration with Tashkeel and Kristina Zanic Design Consultants as well as designers who have completed the Tanween by Tashkeel mentorship program.
