The Loft apartment Project was completed at the beginning of 2015 after about 6 months of construction. The overall concept and design features raise this exceptional project to the award-winners level. A consequently implemented industrial concept is rarely found in residential interior design projects as such.

The big eye-catcher of this interior design project is the re-designed staircase. The steps are covered by reclaimed light oak wood as the grand lounge flooring. The white silk matt balustrade with a recessed pattern dominates the space and continues until the ground level. Here it leaves the opening to the kitchen and breakfast counter.
