Renowned interior designer Kelly Wearstler was chosen by Kor Group to design the interiors of Proper Hotels in downtown Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Austin, plus full-time residences in Austin and Hollywood.
“Each hotel will be intrinsically dialed into the best and the coolest the area has to offer. We will share with customers the flavor of each city,” says Wearstler. The designer recently completed the Austin sales gallery for the Proper residences, which showcases sophisticated yet playful interiors incorporating authentic materials, bold silhouettes, and vintage treasures.

The property’s luxurious penthouse unit will feature floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a terrace offering natural light and expansive views of the Texas Hill Country.
