According to Vian Abreu by IMG: “There was no fireplace in the apartment when we started the renovation, but it was an absolute must-have for Bethenny Frankel. This was a challenge as the approval process to have a fireplace in the building was quite lengthy, but we’re glad we were able to make it happen.”
