The Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 once again brought together the world of luxury yachting, marine innovation and sophisticated seaside living. Held from 8 to 13 September 2026 across Cannes’ Vieux Port and Port Canto, the event presented more than 700 boats, over 680 exhibitors and a wide selection of world premieres. From elegant motor yachts to high-performance sailing boats, the festival offered a first look at the future of life at sea.

More Than 700 Boats and Yachts
One of the main highlights of the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 was its extensive fleet of more than 700 boats, ranging from 5 to 55 metres. Visitors could explore motor yachts, sailing yachts, multihulls, monohulls, day boats and semi-rigid vessels from leading international shipyards. The diversity of the exhibition reflected the different ways luxury boating is evolving, from relaxed coastal escapes to long-distance cruising.

World Premieres and New Yacht Models
The festival featured approximately 150 world premieres, giving visitors the opportunity to discover some of the newest models before they reached the wider market. Among the sailing highlights were the AMEL 50.2, CNB 62, Grand Soleil 80 Plus Long Cruise, New Y7, Swan 80-301, Aquila 45 Sail, FP48, Lagoon 47, Leopard 43 and Windelo 55 Sport. These launches placed a strong focus on performance, comfort, smart layouts and contemporary design.
Vieux Port: The Home of Motor Yachts
Located at the foot of Le Suquet, the Vieux Port was dedicated mainly to motor yachts, powerboats and marine innovation. This area brought together prestigious shipyards, cutting-edge equipment and new technologies. It was also one of the best places to experience the latest developments in yacht design, from streamlined exteriors and spacious decks to advanced onboard systems.

Port Canto: Sailing and Brokerage
At Port Canto, visitors could explore the Sailing Area, which presented around 120 new monohulls and multihulls. More than 400 metres of quay were dedicated to monohulls, while over 450 metres welcomed multihulls. The area also included brokerage and pre-owned yachts, offering a curated selection of vessels for experienced owners and collectors.

The Innovation Route
Innovation was another central highlight of the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026. The Innovation Route showcased exhibitors working on new technologies and more sustainable solutions for the boating industry. Its awards focused on four categories: Best Equipment Improving Navigation, Best Sustainable Product, Best Innovative Vessel and Best CSR Initiative. This initiative highlighted the growing importance of efficiency, responsible materials and environmental awareness in modern yachting.
Sea Trials and the VIP Experience
The festival offered visitors more than a traditional exhibition. Selected yachts could be experienced through sea trials, allowing guests to understand their performance and onboard comfort directly on the water. The VIP programme also added a more exclusive dimension, with privileged access to the show, yacht presentations and the wider luxury lifestyle surrounding the event.
