The Spanish designer has valued the Madrid building’s historic bones, he was able to perfectly interpret the avant-garde proposals of Paco Roncero’s dishes with a cheerful and modern design, where light invades every nook and cranny.
As well as sharing a great friendship and the same passion for creating, chef Paco Roncero and designer Jaime Hayon have something else in common: both have been part of the creation process of the La Terraza del Casino restaurant.
Specifically, Jaime has been responsible for giving the modern restaurant a new lease of life, turning it into a warm space where creativity and imagination are given free rein. In this era, the area surprises us with contemporary lines, the rounded and fun shapes that are so typical of Hayon’s world. “All this in blue and green aquamarine tones, against which golden decorative elements stand out.”
