Jean-Louis Deniot‘s 1930s residence immediately seduced him throughout its fairy-tale quality. The 2,800-square-foot home’s Tudor-Esque exteriors coupled with its Spanish-style interiors were likely the creation of a set designer or someone working for the Hollywood studios of the era.
