Being the primary residence of a young and single businesswoman, the modern luxury apartment has been curated to give a homely, feminine appeal with a quirky look and feel. This interior design project was brought to life by SHROFFLEóN, a Mumbai based Architecture, Landscape, and Interior Design Studio that once again, managed to create something utterly out-of-the-box and with marvelous art furniture incorporated.

The selected furniture design and furnishings are all sourced from Europe, from the most covetable design brands in the world. Think Boca Do Lobo, Tom Dixon, Baxter, Serip, and Reflex Angelo, to name a few—all of which are unabashedly luxurious. These global designs brands have been paired with indigenous local luxury brands including Scarlet Splendor and Jaipur Rugs and can be seen from the very moment one steps through the front doors of this luxury apartment.

Stepping inside of the contemporary living room, the division is filled with golden hues that level up the entire modern design of this luxury apartment. The imposing dining table evades us with swirling emotions and the textured wall of the dining room really is the cherry on top of the entire room.

In the living room, the Lapiaz Center Table by Boca do Lobo becomes the center of attention. This piece takes exceptional craftsmanship and design to a new realm. A functional artwork conceived to stun not only the client but her every single guest.

This luxury apartment gets its moniker from the environment that exists in it. The first—a textured and painted arc—is seen right where the entrance meets the main L-shaped living area, and frames that room. In the guest bedroom, the arc presents itself within the teak wood and all black, back-painted glass cupboards. And the bow appears yet again in the master suite within the pink shelving unit behind the bed.
