Lush and elegant, yet cozy and comfortable, it provides hotel-grade IT equipment and features for its guests. This interior design project renovated and refreshed this Downtown Dubai apartment, bringing sophistication, luxury, and personalized design to create a warm and inviting retreat for its residing bachelor. One bedroom was converted into a richly designed multifunctional “playroom” that serves as a library, a private cinema, and a moody game room for the resident and his guests.

PRIVATE VILLA

East meets west in this Barsha home, a space that adds European elements to classic Arabic interiors. Beige crema Marfil marble tiles combine with dark marble strips to create a checkered pattern on the feature entryway floor; ornate wall and floor details are simplified with a single tone for a more modern look.
