The residence has 10,300 square feet of space, spread over five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a guest toilet. The layout is open and fluid, with large windows that allow natural light to flood the spaces. The finishes are high quality, with marble, wood and leather.

The Belmond Cap Juluca Spa by Guerlain, designed by Rottet Studio, is a luxury spa located at the Belmond Cap Juluca Hotel in Anguilla. The spa is a collaboration between Rottet Studio and Guerlain, a French luxury cosmetics brand.
