Hallway

The hallway was thoughtfully designed to provide an enhanced lifestyle experience. It features a clean aesthetic enhanced by marble features, such as a timeless Nero Marquina sculpture and a one-of-a-kind console in Estremoz marble by BRABBU, inspired by one of the world’s most famous monuments. In terms of lighting, LUXXU showcases the Waterfall II Big Wall Lamp, which is made of gold-plated brass and handmade crystal tubes. The hallway also leads to a balcony where you can relax in the Galea Wood Chaise Lounge and take in the breathtaking mountain views.

Living Room

From the tray ceiling to the oxidized brass walls with small horizontal lighting units, every corner of this living room area was designed to have an ornamental flair. The Shard Suspension transforms into a spectacular lighting installation that makes a powerful statement. It highlights a collection of exclusive pieces in a more neutral colour scheme, such as the modular and adaptable Anguis Sofa and the modern Galea Armchair. The brass accents of the Vertigo Column Display, the Thor Center Table, and Boca do Lobo’s Stonehenge Side Table, for example, add an extra layer of detail to this living area. BRABBU’s Koi Rug is also quite complementary to the colour scheme.

The living and dining rooms are separated by foldable wooden dividers, giving the space a more ethereal and natural appearance. This dining room features a lovely combination of light beige and brown tones, as well as a few floral accents, including a lively wallpaper. With its robust rounded form, LUXXU’s Darian Dining Table makes a statement, while the Nura Dining Chairs become an expression of luxury and comfort. The Burj Chandelier lights up the space while paying homage to the modern era. The Lloyd Bar Cabinet, with its geometric lines and elegant structure in grey and brass, completes the decor details.

A plethora of exclusive design features, beginning with the extensive diagonal-patterned flooring, command the airy atmosphere of this one-of-a-kind bathroom set. The matte walnut root veneer structure of Maison Valentina’s Nazca Vanity Cabinet adds an earthy feel. This space benefits from the harmonious and architectural allure of the Pharo lighting fixtures – Pharo Small Pendant and the Pharo II Small Wall Lamp, in addition to plenty of natural lighting. Accessories such as the Noir Stool in burgundy, the Algerone Ottoman in a neutral palette, or a custom version of the Empire Mirror add a touch of opulence.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom had a dual decor feel to it. On the one hand, it exudes a more Zen vibe with natural elements such as silky wallcovering, wooden walls, tropical bedding, and a neutral terracotta Rug’Society rug. On the other hand, numerous ostentatious details, from the architectural ceiling to the high-end designs, certainly catch the eye. To achieve this duality, LUXXU introduced a slew of brand classics. To begin, the Algerone Bed and custom Waltz Nightstands create the ideal sleeping environment, while the Algerone Dressing Table and Stool create a one-of-a-kind vanity space. Furthermore, the BRABBU Bourbon Armchairs allow you to relax comfortably against a mountain backdrop, and the Delta Screen adds a dramatic flair to the corner alongside a traditional sculpture. A few other elements, such as the PullCast Twig Door Pull and the BRABBU Panji Wall Lamps, were also added to enhance the multi-layered aesthetic of this bedroom.

A True Urban Penthouse In Hong Kong

Office

What better way to stimulate your imagination than with panoramic views of Hong Kong’s skyline? To achieve this effect, the detailed Algerone Desk and Charla Office Chair by LUXXU were placed directly in front of the floor-to-ceiling window. Furthermore, behind the desk, an enlarged custom model of the Algerone Bookcase was placed to provide as much storage and decorative space as possible while also adding a sense of modern glamour. The Tycho Rectangular Suspension was chosen as the main luminaire by LUXXU, with the Waterfall Technical Wall Lamp and the Tycho Table Lamp supporting its stately layout.

Outdoors

The outdoors have been decorated with organic materials, bespoke wooden floors, green elements, and conservatory furniture that complement the city’s appeal. The architectural blocks are also representative of contemporary architecture and add to the area’s soundness. The inviting Galea seating family was chosen to adorn the outdoor space because it combines style and modernity in a unique way. Finally, the Vertigo Dining Table in wood and marble is ideal for hosting intimate dinner parties.
