The Mark Penthouse – The Mark Hotel, New York
Located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, The Mark Penthouse occupies the hotel’s top two floors, covering over 10,000 square feet with a private rooftop terrace overlooking Central Park.
The historic building was designed by Schwartz & Gross, while French interior designer Jacques Grange created the sophisticated interiors. Contemporary furniture, refined materials, fireplaces, and a 26-foot-high living room give the penthouse a distinctly residential character.
Dining includes The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, led by acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, as well as Caviar Kaspia at The Mark.

Royal Penthouse – Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai
The Royal Penthouse at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira extends across approximately 850 square metres and features a private lift, multiple living spaces, a gym, and a rooftop terrace with a seven-metre private pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The hotel was designed by DAR, with interiors by Design Wilkes, while Opaal Interiors worked on the Royal Penthouse. Blue, grey, and cream tones, marble, soft textures, and expansive glazing create a contemporary and serene atmosphere.
The hotel is home to Tasca by José Avillez, the Michelin-starred Portuguese restaurant led by chef José Avillez. The property has also received recognition at the AHEAD Awards.

Ty Warner Penthouse – Four Seasons Hotel New York
Perched on the 52nd floor of the I.M. Pei-designed Four Seasons Hotel New York, the Ty Warner Penthouse offers 4,300 square feet of highly curated interiors and four glass balconies with panoramic views of Manhattan.
The suite was developed through a collaboration between I.M. Pei, Peter Marino, and owner Ty Warner, with Peter Marino Architects responsible for the interiors. Mother-of-pearl inlays, rare Chinese onyx, original artworks, and custom furnishings create an opulent yet artistic aesthetic.
The Four Seasons dining programme complements the suite’s private residential character with contemporary cuisine and personalised in-suite dining.

The Muraka – Conrad Maldives Rangali Island
Set above and below the Indian Ocean, The Muraka at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island combines a two-level residence with an underwater bedroom located approximately five metres below sea level.
Designed by Yuji Yamazaki Architecture, with local executive architect Ahmed Saleem, the interiors adopt a restrained contemporary style that allows the surrounding ocean to dominate. Curved acrylic walls, refined materials, and understated furnishings create an immersive experience.
The resort is famous for Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, the world’s first underwater restaurant, while Conrad Maldives has received numerous international hospitality awards.

Royal Suite – Raffles Doha, Qatar
Located within the distinctive Katara Towers in Lusail, the Royal Suite at Raffles Doha spans approximately 928 square metres. The two-storey residence includes a private cinema, games room, wine cellar, spa, hammam, gym, private pool, and majlis.
The architecture of the towers was inspired by Qatar’s crossed swords, while the interiors combine contemporary luxury with Qatari influences. Domed ceilings, gilt accents, alabaster tones, and Arabesque details create a sophisticated aesthetic.
The hotel is home to Alba, its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. Raffles Doha has also received the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award.

Katara Royal Suite – Excelsior Hotel Gallia, Milan
The Katara Royal Suite at Excelsior Hotel Gallia offers an expansive contemporary interpretation of Milanese luxury. Designed by architect and interior designer Marco Piva, the suite features four bedrooms, private terraces, and a dedicated spa.
