Paul Bishop

Founder of the multi-award-winning boutique firm Bishop Design in 2004, he has been developing unique design projects across the world and collecting several international awards for his unique ideas.  Some of his best work includes the Caramel Restaurant & Lounge in London, Larte, Scalini, Toro + KO, and Ketch Up Burger, as well as international projects spanning France and the Bahamas. 

Pallavi Dean

Pallavi was born in India, raised in Dubai, and spent years working in London. Founder and Creative Director of the boutique interior design studio Roar, founded in 2013. Her portfolio includes a string of high-profile projects in the Middle East, North & East Africa, and the UK, across the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors.

Maja Kozel

Maja Kozel believes it is possible for a design to be practical, socially responsible, and artistically expressive all at the same time. She believes in designing for the needs and desires of the client, not blindly following popular trends and fads.

This interior designer draws inspiration from the history of the emirates, their people, and their traditions. Sustainability, recycling, and repurposing materials play a key role in the interior design process, and she has proven success with this philosophy. In 2017, Maja won the most prominent award lighting design ‘Tubo’ for the Surge for Water competition.

For the past 15 years, David T’Kint has successfully produced a portfolio of luxury interiors, urban and lifestyle hotels with some of the best international luxury hospitality brands. Has an interior designer, he created distinctive and original environments during his four-year stint at HBA Dubai, where he has delivered 15 hospitality projects across the region. This interior designer leads a multicultural team of over 60 designers working on projects in new markets such as Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, the UK, Russia, China, Lebanon, and Indonesia.

Maliha Nishat

This interior designer has a portfolio of exceptional projects, having worked at such firms as Design Worldwide Partnership and HBA in various roles spanning Australasia and the Middle East, Maliah Nishat has been in charge of several projects belonging to the hospitality giant, Marriott.

Has an interior designer, she works closely with top design houses to shape meaningful travel experiences. Some of the upcoming projects led by Nishat include the Marriott Hotel Rabat, Marriott Hotel the Palm, Westin & Element Ras Al Khaimah, and Westin & Element Riyadh.

Sneha Divias

Sneha Divias was born in Portugal and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Lusiada University of Porto and specialized in interior design at New York University. Having worked on projects globally with famous architecture and design consultants in Lisbon and Dubai prior to founding the Atelier, Sneha leads the firm with a true entrepreneurial vision.

This interior designer has quickly established herself with one of the most diverse portfolios of built projects. In 2017, the Portuguese designer won the prestigious interior designer of the Year recognition at the Commercial Interior Design Awards. In a previous role, Divias worked at LW Design, launching her own practice in 2016.

Justin Wells

Born in Australia, Justin Wells has produced exemplary design projects throughout Australasia and the Middle East. Specialized in hospitality, this interior designer has worked on a number of high-profile hotel projects in the region during his 25 years of experience, including the Aloft Hotel Deira City Centre, Zabeel House, and Zabeel House Mini in Al Seef, in a previous role at HBA Dubai. Other projects include the Lodha Sales Centre, Bosphorous Restaurant, Emaar Boulevard in Dubai; and Novotel Olaya Hotel, Arif 2 Hotel, and BLS Executive Apartments in Saudi Arabia.

Laila Al-Yousef

Moving on from her previous role as a senior interior designer at Perkins+Will, where she was recognized for her outstanding work within the corporate workspace sector, Laila Al-Yousef started her boutique firm earlier this year, along with a former colleague, Matthew Sexton – Say Studio.

With a strong focus on social responsibility ethos, Al-Yousef is widely known for her active involvement in the conceptualization and the growth of the Surge for Water initiative, which originally launched five years ago. Sustainability is another important area for this interior designer, as she aims to inspire young women, especially Emirati female talent in the creative sectors.

Joakim De Rham

Born and raised in Switzerland, De Rham started an interior design company with his partner Siavosh Adeli before moving to Dubai in 2003 to set up his second design venture, Swiss Bureau. Multidisciplinary, multicultural, and fast-growing, the interior designer company was named Highly Commended Interior Design Firm in the Middle East at the 2018 Commercial Interior Design Awards. One of his most significant projects to date is the refurbishment of the Room of The Emirates in the United Nations in Geneva, which has received multiple awards.

Ben Corrigan

Ben Corrigan is the CEO and founder of Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering, he created his firm in 2002 as one of the first interior design ‘consultancy-focused’ practices in the market. What started out as a team of four 16 years ago, today the interior design firm has now grown to a team of around 50 architects, interior designers, and MEP engineers working on large-scale corporate and commercial interiors in the GCC. The firm has completed more than 350 projects in the region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Kuwait.
