40 Bleecker, located in NoHo (New York), is a 61-unit building and the first luxurious residential project designed by the Korban. The designer is well known in the fashion world as he designed stores for Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, Brandon Maxwell and Aquazzura. Ryan has worked with many celebrity clients in the meantime, including James Franco and Kanye West.
This luxurious residential project is an ode to contemporary design. The interior designer was faithful to his trademark of combining different elements such as patterns, materials, and textures with bespoke furniture. In 40 Bleecker, Ryan Korban created a pair of sofas encased in marble for the lobby! He also designed the chevron floors which are made of oak that is recycled from old Italian wine barrels as well as the custom marble hoods above the stoves.
The amenities of the luxurious residential project include a 58-foot swimming pool, fitness center, below-ground parking, 24-hour concierge and 5,600-square-foot courtyard garden by the seasoned landscape architects at Hollander Design.
