Founded in London by the top interior designer Yvette Taylor, the British interior design studio and company has grown to become a notorious name on the field of luxury interior design projects. With numerous offices across Europe, Yvette Taylor Interiors is prepared and equipped to work and deliver modern interior design experiences all over the world.
The main sphere of their contemporary projects is on luxury villas, contemporary homes, London townhouses, apartments, chalets, and yachts, providing different environments and bespoke solutions for innumerable interior design projects. One of them is the Unique Mediterranean Estate: a wonderful and sophisticated place, perfect for a luxury lifestyle.
This exceptional real estate is situated at one of the most exclusive in the Andalucía mountain area. Set high on a hill, designed with lush gardens and spatial grounds, the front is exposed to beautiful sea views, with mountainous vistas to the left and right of the property. With a contemporary design, this luxury villa is as striking as the extraordinary large landscapes surrounding it, with spatial lake and medieval ruin.
On the ground floor, there is a grand hallway which leads onto a large and contemporary kitchen, four stunning reception rooms and a huge unique dining room, all of which have doors leading onto the spectacular garden. The main reception room is designed with two remarkable curved Visionnaire sofas, Koket, and Rugiano armchairs, coffee table with an exclusive design from Frato, lamps from Heathfield and rugs from The Rug Company.
The modern interior design was planned in three options: one of them was a luxurious colorful style as a resemblance of Moulin Rouge, followed by two more natural options in contemporary design and traditional feel. With three floors, adjacent to the unique villa there is a wellness spa equipped with a pool, gymnasium, treatment room, as well as a bar and club area.
